According to US intellectual property law, if a photo is not libelous, the publicist is not making money off of the image, and the subject of the image has no expectation of privacy because the image was not taken on their private property, the image is suitable for publication without permission. This image is not libelous because no damages were done and it does not involve a crime of moral turpitude. No money has been made, and the image was taken in a public space. If you treat people well, they won’t say bad things about you. If you treat people poorly, they may well say bad things about you. You have to accept that.
